BOM Smoothie (for Jonah) – I got bored making Jonah’s usual mango (only) smoothie so I gave him a BOM smoothie – it has now become the official go to breakfast favourite for him.
1 (optionally 2 for a BOMB) banana fresh or frozen
1 orange (zest and flesh)
1/2 – 1 cup soy or other non dairy milk.
ice cubes optional
chia or flax meal (optional) – 1 tsp
maca pdr (optional) – 1 tsp
Place banana (sliced if frozen), orange zest and flesh, mango flesh, milk and (and optional extras if desired) into the blender. Blitz until smooth and creamy.
TIp: Left overs (if any) make excellent icey poles.
