Raw fruit crumble

Crumble topping (can be kept in the fridge for use as needed and can also be used for cooked crumbles)

About 2 cups oats,

about 3/4 cup dessicated coconut

About 3/4 cup pitted dates

Handful walnuts

About 1 tspn coconut butter

Bung all in food processor and blitz it until it looks like coarse crumbs.

To make raw fruit crumble, cut up desired fruit (eg apple / plum or other stonefruit or berries) and sprinkle on some crumble topping. Can serve with banana icecream (ie frozen bananas blitzed in food processor), coconut cream or on its own.
